Clerk Associate

Job overview:
Our Client is looking for Clerk Associate who is responsible for archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors and should be detail-oriented, with work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
Ultimately, you’ll support our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
Job Responsibilities:
Management Responsibilities:
  • Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Technical Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
  • Supports technical projects and departments.
  • Receives, catalogues and stores hard copies and electronic copies of all documentation, technical drawings, reports and related information in an orderly manner, in line with policies and procedures.
  • Allocates and controls the document numbering system for the project work.
  • Works with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
  • Responds in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel.
  • Accurately updates information as required.
Policy and Procedure Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  • Implementation of all related organizational policies and procedures.
  • Implementation of all related rules and regulations.
  • Ensure commitment to all QHSE regulations and procedure as per management requirements.
  • Ensure that all company assets are maintained and used properly avoiding any damage or misuse.
Job Recruitments:
  • Minimum 2 years of professional Experience.
  • Advanced level of English is a Must.
  • University Graduate - Business, or any equivalent degree.
  • Familiarity with project management.
  • Hands-on experience with good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willing to relocate.
