Job overview:
 
Our client is looking for talented experienced and motivated Sales Associate skilled in negotiation, who will be responsible for convincing clients by giving them full information about the Products and Preparing, delivering technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers, with previous experience focused on technical, contracting material and equipment.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
Management Responsibilities:
 
  • Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services.
  • Communicate with customers and technical teams to assess product/service/equipment needs and to determine requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
  • Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
  • Help clients solve problems with installed equipment/products/services.
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
  • Help in researching and developing new products.
  • Ensure client communication continuity via visits, communique, etc…
 
Policy and Procedure Responsibilities:
 
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by performing within organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.
  • Implementation of all related organizational policies and procedures.
  • Implementation of all related rules and regulations.
  • Ensure commitment to all QHSE regulations and procedure as per management requirements.
  • Ensure that all company assets are maintained and used properly avoiding any damage or misuse.
 
Job Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional Experience.
  • Advanced level of English is a Must.
  • Polish Driving License.
  • University Graduate - Business, Engineering or any equivalent degree.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
