What we are looking for:

Due to expanding our brand by adding more clients from all over the globe, we are aiming to hire more of HR experts to our Recruitment team one of these positions is Junior IT Recruiter, work on challenging projects, in a fast-paced organization, which supports employee talent development career.

As a key member of the team, you will understand Requirement team leader tasks. The role involves recruiting IT specialists and handling recruitment processes in terms of our client's open vacancies. You should have a sound knowledge of the technical aspects of these positions,

The scope of duties:

  • Sourcing and making daily recruiting calls.
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Designing and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges.
  • Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Creating a pool of candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, Internet data mining, and media channels.

 

Requirements:

  • knowledge of recruiting in the IT sector is preferred,
  • Minimum 6 Months of Experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of English is essential.
  • Self-starter who can work independently to achieve targets, strong organizational skills, attention to details and as Team lead.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technologically literate with Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
