What we are looking for:

Due to expanding our brand by adding more Airlines from all over the globe, we are aiming to hire expand our expert recruitment team with Freelance Pilot Recruiter with advanced communication in English to be on either a full-time or a part-time basis. You will be devoted to support our growth in Europe, GCC and Asia with a strong focus on the Chines market, to work on challenging projects, in a fast-paced organization, which supports employee talent development career with an excellent earning opportunity – commission based.

As a key member of the team, you will understand the project managers' requirements. The role involves recruiting Captains, First officers and handling recruitment processes in terms of our client's open vacancies. You should have a sound knowledge of the aviation sector.


The scope of duties:

  • Take leading role to run successful Pilot recruitment processes by delivering best class candidate
  • High level of initiative, strong drive to succeed.
  • Use search techniques to identify and attract the best candidates through Direct Search, headhunting, networking/recommendations, via Social Media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical tools
  • Using social media for talent acquisition
  • Analyzing candidates individually - matching candidates aspirations to Airlines requirements, Source, screen, schedule, and process all prospective candidates.
  • Collecting Pilots documents and guide them to fill the Airlines applications
  • Working on challenging projects on European, GCC and Asian market, with focus on Chines market



  • From 1 years of experience in recruiting Aviation sector is essential.
  • 2 or 3 years’ Experience as a Recruiter in staffing agency strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Running end-to-end recruitment processes in Aviation sector,(sourcing candidates, Creating candidates' profiles, Communicating with clients, Managing candidates database)
  • Self-starter who can work independently to achieve targets, strong organizational skills, attention to details.
  • Passion to deliver only the best candidates to our clients by understanding our clients’ requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel,
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks.
